The Customer Operations Team in Partnering Business interacts with our customers worldwide and internal key functions to ensure profitable customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to join this unique team as
Product Manager/Key Account Product Manager You will report to the Head of Customer Operations and manage all aspects of the products of your customers from product definition to phase out.
Your key responsibilities include
Manage operational day-to-day actions and reviews for customer satisfaction
Focus on and manage product performance and product life cycle
Gather and manage meaningful customer KPI's to measure performance and drive actions for continuous improvement
Cooperate closely with Sales Key Account Management towards the customer
Lead Tecan internal cross-functional product care activities
To be successful in this role we expect a background in chemistry, biochemistry, medical sciences or comparable and advanced trainings in business administration, plus at least three years of working experience in the medical device or life sciences industry. You are versatile in cross-cultural and cross-function communication, interaction and leadership. Fluently spoken and written English and a good command of German are your assets. Additional languages are a plus. Flexibility, a sense of ownership and accountability as well as strong customer orientation round up your profile.
