Tasks:

Develop and implement a Risk management mechanism to monitor, assess, manage, and anticipate vendor risks.
Implement a monitoring system to ensure Compliance with the Company Governances for Sourcing and Contracting.
Be the Single Point of Contact for any Internal and External Audit representing Strategic Procurement department.
Ensure the implementation of the Sunrise Sustainability and ESG Strategy and steady progress of the key targets, measures, initiatives, and activities within the Procurement Department.
Be part of the Sustainability and ESG reporting process ensuring that the requirements from governments / standards within the area are considered and acted upon
Develop and implement relevant performance indicators associated with Sustainability and ESG aspects which will be part of the Risk Management processes
Facilitating innovation projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

Strong Project Management Skills
At least +3 years of experience in procurement S2C modules including sustainability and ESG matters (supplier assessment, supplier selection, sourcing contract management, category management, etc.)
Understanding of P2P processes and have experience in Risk management, auditing, and compliance requirements
Understanding the ESG and Sustainability Requirements for the Procurement Department
Proactive behaviour (go after the solutions, find your way in complex organizations) extended ability to work independently with problem solving approach
A passion for sustainability and ESG aspects with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to promote it within the procurement department
Strong analytical skills, a team player with integrity, great social and excellent communication skills
Fluent in English and German
