Program and Fundraising Manager

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our clients (a small NGO based in Geneva) for a Program and Fundraising Manager.  This is a permanent position based in Geneva.

Your role:

• coordinate a portfolio of strategic humanitarian projects in different countries across the globe
• develop and adapt processes for grant management and grant making
• coordination of the different team members and stakeholders worldwide
• identify and solve potential issues
• liaise with the top management

Your skills:

• experience in a similar kind of environment
• good project management skills
• experience with fundraising
• several years working for NGOs
• good knowledge of basic IT tools such as the Office Suite

Your profile:

• university degree or equivalent
• excellent soft skills with ability for public speaking
• good team management skills
• fluent english
