What's important to us:
  • Degree in HR, business administration or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in HR, ideally in a comparable position.
  • Experience in Swiss labor law
  • Command of English on C1 level
  • Knowledge of German on at least B2 level 
  • Performance orientation 
  • Conscientious personality with proficient handling of data 

Your tasks:
  • Develop and implement HR controlling measures.
  • Create meaningful HR reports/analyses for management decisions in collaboration with Business Controlling.
  • Design and implement performance management programs; conduct regular performance reviews/feedback meetings.
  • Develop and maintain salary structures/bonus systems; participate in remuneration benchmarks/market analyses.
  • Review, adjust, optimize HR processes/standards; ensure adherence to compliance guidelines.
  • Hold responsibility for documentation, contract management and correspondence, including clarifications with (Swiss) authorities 
  • Assist in developing/implementing HR policies addressing international operations; collaborate with global HR colleagues.
  • Collaborate in higher-level HR projects to support business development with HR expertise.
