Project Coordinator Event Specialist ESA DACH
Key Responsibilities
- Support event deployment and logistics (pre-, on-site and post- event)
- Provide operational and administrative support for all related event activities and maintain activities in the event management system
- Manage event participants for assigned educational events
- Support the events execution on-site as a backup of the Event Owners
- Help to facilitate smooth collaboration within Operational Teams (EO and ES)
- Manage the collaboration with local agencies / suppliers
- Act as the cost expert of the events (manage the expenses)
- Drive invoice handling and P&L reporting
- Manage CME accreditation
- Manage compliance approval and data in Concerto
- Manage event closing for final reconciliation

- Assigned event(s) within in the cluster
- Budget for assigned events

Educational requirements
- Bachelor degree in relevant field (e.g., hospitality, event management, public relations, communications, marketing) or higher Education "Fachausweis"
Job experience
- Proven record of professional experience in event organization or project management (3-5 years)
- Experience in medical events/course organization would be an advantage

- Good communication skills and ability to build and maintain relations with Health Care Professional at all levels and broader stakeholders
- Good problem solving and strong analytical skills as well as proven ability to prioritize task

- Effective Team player skills through consistent reliability and effective support
- Knowledge and proven experience of relevant systems
Language skills
- Mother tongue German
- Fluent written and verbal English. Knowledge of other relevant languages in the region are an asset
