As a Senior Digital Product Manager at Vorwerk International, you will join a closely connected, international and highly passionate team with a strong focus on our successful culinary products.

You will be in charge of defining, aligning and driving product vision, strategy and roadmap. Together with product owners, designers, architects, tech experts and business representatives you will facilitate the transition from product vision to product experience.

Your Job Responsibilities 

• Lead the conception and launch of innovative digital products and features, and enhance existing ones 
  
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate business strategy to product strategy and be the value-creator and enabler for business
  
• Understand both internal (staff) and external (customer) needs and gather product requirements 
  
• Engage closely with other digital product managers and data product managers to ensure consistency and share best practices
  
• Work closely with user experience team to deliver user-centric designs that solves business problems
  
• Inspire and motivate a team of designers and engineers to deliver great products
  
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
  
• Establish shared vision across the organization by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
  
• Use analytics data to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and features
  
• Work with Digital Success team to communicate effectively product value proposition and build product presentations/training materials for internal and external product communication
