Duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of commercial plans across all B2B segments with a strong focus on new customers' acquisition according to business objectives.
  • Lead, coach and grow the Marketing Managers into a Super Stars, true segment owners, team.
  • Establish relationship and achieve buy-in of key stakeholders in commercial plans and commitment for execution.
  • Drive the development of competitive Customer Value Propositions to generate revenue growth for all segments based on Sunrise own product portfolio and/or partnerships with 3rd party companies.
  • Responsible for identifying commercial opportunities based on competitive landscape, business performance, sales feedbacks, and customer pain points, including the development of strategic recommendation on offers and programs to capture market opportunities.
  • Define pricing and promotions to drive sustainable company financial objectives achievement.
  • Assess financial and operational impacts of strategic business decisions, build scenarios, and prepares recommendations for the senior leadership team.
  • Develop business models and work with Finance and BI in creating sound business cases to calculate financial impact and to facilitate decision-making.
  • Provide sound inputs in company short- and long-term planning exercises.
  • Work with various sales channels managers to identify growth opportunities using different marketing and sales tactics.
  • Develop specific USPs per segment, and work with Marcom and Digital teams to ensure these are effectively communicated.
  • Create strong Go-to-market plans to ensure effective implementation of commercial initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate end to end acquisition campaigns, campaign initiatives, campaign execution and campaign performance tracking.
  • Support decision-making processes with B2B management including creation of management and decision documents.
  • Monitor and analyze industry, competitive and consumer trends to create strong value propositions, derive tactical actions (e.g. promotions, price adjustments) and develop appropriate recommendations to capture new customers and achievement of business goals.
  • Actively manifest the leadership behaviors according to Sunrise values and be an active member in the B2B Marketing Management Team.

What we look for in an applicant:

  • University degree (university or university of applied sciences);
  • At least 5+ years of experience in pricing, customer value propositions, go-to-market, sales channels management in a Telco, IT Software, IT Hardware or Banking corporate environment, experience in the telecommunications industry is an advantage
  • Ability to structure and communicate complex information in a logical manner
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial drivers, ability to develop sophisticated financial models (business cases) and review quarterly forecasts and budgets
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams and bring in new concepts and ideas
  • Flexibility and ability to work with little direction in an extremely fast-paced and competitive environment
  • Understands consumer and market research methodologies, quantitative and qualitative
  • Good planning skills, understanding the dependencies across a complex corporate environment.
  • Attention to detail, especially in analyzing quantitative and qualitative information
  • Passion for business and people
  • Fluency in English any other country language is an asset
