Scintilla AG is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.

Job Description

  • Build up of Power Tools Accessories D2C eCommerce business (eShops & marketplaces) together with Marketing and central function
  • Grow eCommerce sales according to defined strategy and reach D2C eCommerce KPI’s
  • Run eShop and marketplace sales together with a dedicated D2C team
  • Contribute to co-creation and implementation of the Accessories D2C (marketplace und eShop) eCommerce strategy in alignment with Marketing and cross Business Unit stakeholders as well as central excellence functions
  • Worldwide coordination und co-steering of the Accessories D2C eCommerce business sales incl. operational alignment with other Business Units
  • Define project priorities together with Accessories Marketing team and central functions
  • Implement sales initiatives based on annual campaign plan
  • Responsible for the annual deal & promo planning & execution

Qualifications

  • Study degree in Management / Economics / Business IT
  • In depth expertise of the Direct to Consumer eCommerce business in a benchmark environment
  • Several years of experiences in running own eShop or marketplace Business Manager
  • Management experience, working in crossfunctional, international and complex business environment
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to work self-directed
  • Strong sales mindset and an ambitious personality
  • Excellent social, communication and organizational skills
  • Project management experience helpful
  • Excellent English language skills
