Job Description

Your Team 

You are part of the Offering Management team with a focus on region Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The teams mission is to ensure competitive and innovative offerings, coherent to the market demand, leveraging when possible on the re-usability of already implemented solutions.

It supports the Key Account Management identifying and enabling sales of solutions, products and services for existing clients contributing to client satisfaction, revenue growth and profit margin generation.

Your mission 

  • Enable sales of solutions, products and services for existing clients contributing to the revenue growth and profit margin generation, acting as facilitator between Key Account Managers and projects/run organizations.
  • End-to-end accountable and responsible for upselling offer generation on the assigned customer set and/or for the identification and proposal of solutions/products to be offered to the client community.
  • Ultimately accountable for customers satisfaction on offering as single-point of contact for the entire offering process, including community initiatives

What you need 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics or Information Technology
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking and/or IT service company
  • Excellent communication skills, strong team player
  • Well organized, autonomous, rigorous and analytic approach
  • Client focus and broad view
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Package and in particular of Excel
  • Proficiency in English. Good level on Italian, German or French are an advantage

You will get extra points for the following 

  • Master’s Degree in Business and Economics or Information Technology
  • Knowledge of Swiss financial market regulations and IT / IT services
  • Avaloq knowledge
