Digital Customer Experience Manager (m/f)

We are currently hiring for an exciting position at our site in Dierikon
Leading the digital customer & partner experience and shaping all customer touchpoints
Recognizing & orchestrating client needs, multi-channel view, organizational & process impact, related assets (systems), and data
Identifying, initiating, enabling and successfully implementing emerging opportunities with focus on a great customer experience
Delivering (new) digital solutions and enhancements to achieve improvements in holistic customer journeys, driving change in technology and data
Developing a digital governance framework (policies/standards) manifesting in a 'DCXM playbook'

Your profile
Digital Experience expert with more than 5 years proven expertise in digital related technologies, standards & methodologies
Offering excellent communication skills for challenging topics at all levels of Komax as well as with customers and other external stakeholder groups
