Main duties



  • Grow and expand our Starbucks model in partnership with Selecta Sales leaders across more clients, bringing Joy to more clients and consumers
  • Optimize and improve effectiveness and cost of Starbucks & Partnership brand tools and bring across markets, clients and with consumers
  • Regularly complete client and consumer needs assessment and identify what is working and build further on this, as well as identify what needs to be improved
  • Develop trend analyses and track market, client & consumer needs
  • Develop and execute effective go to market sales & marketing strategies, plans and approaches to help grow market segments and bring new innovation to market
  • Work directly with country based Sales and Account Managers to develop value creating needs based solutions for existing and new clients
  • Be the Selecta expert on Starbucks success model and as needed meet directly with clients and enable execution with excellence in market
  • Work with senior management team to put strategy into practice and lead partnership development projects
  • Design and develop, in collaboration with Selecta and Nestle partners, effective sales tools for accelerating growth of our mutual business 
  • Work as ONE Selecta team also as part of Selecta Group Commercial Innovation, Foodies and Marketing organization to develop and bring to market GLOCAL solutions and initiatives to accelerate Partnership brand growth     
  • Lead digital and web sales strategy work for partnership brand templates and implementing the strategy based on company priorities and needs
  • Develop and oversee internal and external sales meeting events in collaboration with local leaders and teams
  • Manage the Partnership brands budget and ensure program milestones related to budget are managed
  • Manage internal communication on Starbucks and partnership brands, as well as progress on business plans, Client development, and industry awareness
  • Lead multifunctional projects with Marketing and Technical team including new product and concept changes, as well as commercial toolbox development and deployment
  • Plan short and long term strategy negotiations for maximizing value of Starbucks and portfolio of partnerships

Profile



  • Ideally 5 years experience in direct selling role in a similar environment HoReCa
  • Track record of successful results in a sales driven organisation
  • Bachelor in economics or equivalent
  • Excellent level of English (level C2 or native) any other language skill is an advantage
