IT Field Agent

Your responsibilities

-       Providing on-site first level support to Swatch Group companies by direct contact

-       Support et administration of cash registers installed in our shops

-       Deploying and decommissioning hardware

-       Executing planned or proactive hardware maintenances

-       Managing stock of material and performing inventories

-       Troubleshooting owned incidents and applying corrective actions

-       Restoring the degraded service’s quality as fast as possible

-       Technically or hierarchically escalate incidents or service requests and doing their follow-up

-       Process owned Service Requests 

Your profile

-  Team spirit;

-  Customer and Service oriented;

-  Ability to work under pressure;

-  Dynamic, hands-on and “can do” mentality;

-  Autonomous;

-  Proficient French/ German / English;

-  Precise and rapid diagnosis ability;

-  Procedure-oriented work;

-  Sensibility to the ITIL approach;

-  IT generalist orientation;

-  Priority management skills;

-  Ready to learn;

-  Driving license and ready to be on the road every day
