Finance sector with competence centers in IT, Legal, Marketing, Finance and Human Resources. This position
will be based in the heart of Zurich.
HR Advisor /Payroll & Social Insurances (D/E) – (50% to 60%) Duties and responsibilities: Responsible for the entire payroll and social insurance processing for various affiliates in cooperation with external fiduciary, including compliance with public legislation, directives and regulations; Contact person for all employees on the topics of wages, payroll and general HR administration; Responsibility of the general personnel administration (entry, exit, checklists, templates, reference letters, etc.); Key contact for internal interfaces on topics such as employee information, employee lists, reporting, statistics; Tracking absences and being responsible for the relevant internal and external steps (sickness, accident, maternity leave, unpaid leave); Responsible for permit tracking, tax advice overview and employer statements for unemployment insurance; Pension Fund reconciliation; Employee dossiers and file management; Support for the annual key HR compensation processes. Work experience: 3-5 years of experience in the payroll area is mandatory Good knowledge of Swiss social legislation, income and fringe benefit taxation Education: Commercial apprentice education with focus Payroll and/or Human Resources Skills and specifications: Result oriented and able to develop plans/solutions and to deliver expected results even in ambiguous circumstances Good knowledge of MS-Office, Abacus A team player with ability to work under deadlines, multi-task and complete projects on a timely basis; Hands-on mentality, good organisational skills and reliable; Ability to prioritize and think out of the box; Fluency in German and professional English; French, Italian and/or Portuguese is a welcome asset.
