HRIS Change Management & Communications Lead
The Change Management & Communications Lead will be responsible for developing and executing a change management and communications programme to support the implementation of the Group's HRIS and drive adoption of the Workday application.
Workday as the Group's new single and global HR platform will be a business enabler and will complement the Group's HR Transformation initiative towards achieving improved HR services delivery and in alignment with the objectives, strategy and policies of the Group HR function for the newly merged company. This lead should therefore have a solid understanding of change management related to system deployment in the context of HR transformation and value creation through effective and efficient HR processes and services.
MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and implementing a comprehensive change management plan – including communications and stakeholder engagement, sponsorship and leadership alignment, resistance management, and training.
Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people-side change caused by project and change efforts.
Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to- understand manner.
Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
Support the execution of plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.
Working in collaboration with training and support teams to develop strategies for adoption and effective deployment
Measuring effectiveness of change management by regularly evaluating program successes, opportunities and risks, as well as incorporating feedback / lessons learned.
Communications execution will include management of processes and standards, including defining the audiences, messages, media, frequency and tools.
He/she will lead and assist in the development of the project communication mechanisms (e.g. online platforms, newsletters, e-mail, posters, videos etc).
Planning and implementing targeted communications for multiple audiences.
Strategizing with key stakeholders, as appropriate, to develop and execute change action plans.
Engaging key audience groups (e.g., user community and super-users) to facilitate successful accomplishment of project goals.
Enabling, coaching, and supporting managers and senior leaders in their efforts to provide change leadership and sponsorship.
Support the Change Management & Communications Specialist in performing impact assessments; identifying potential people-side change risks and developing specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
University degree (preferably in Business Administration or related field)
Workday certification and/or formal training is a plus.
