Staff on Call with irregular working times for Group Finance in Zurich

  • Ad hoc financial analysis during peak work load, typically this analysis will be to provide decision support management information to senior management (Group CFO, Group CEO, ExB, BoD)
  • Backfilling regular monthly tasks of the permanent team when they are required on ad hoc tasks
  • Consolidation, summarization and presentation of forecast, plan and budget information
  • Coordinating and contributing to the preparation of the meeting material and the relative documentation due diligence for Group Asset under management committee
  • The chance to see how senior management manage the firm in Financial terms
  • Globally focused role interacting with wider team members in India and the US as well as Divisional and Functional Finance contacts in all major locations
  • Opportunity to enhance Excel and PowerPoint skills – high degree of utilization of these tools


  • Student, preferably first year or second year of bachelor degree with Focus on Business Administration or Finance
  • Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with a proactive way of working
  • Ability to organize own work as well as set and manage priorities
  • Responsible and accountable with the ability to work independently and be self-driven and self-disciplined
  • Excellent written and oral language skills in English, German is a plus
  • Exact, reliable and independent working style
  • Professional MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
