Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w)

On this role, you will :

  • Manage internal and external recruitment in coordination within BU (focused on BU matrix recruitment)
  • Manage competencies and skills repository (job descriptions)
  • Give support and advise during (yearly) performance evaluation reviews
  • Give support and advise for Compensation & Benefits topics (global and individual, budget, benchmarks, benefits, internal BU transfers…)


  • University Human or Economical Science Diploma, HR Master
  • HR admin and management min 5 years, International and Industrial Company, good experience in Social Relations(Trade Unions)
  • Willingness to travel 50% of your time
  • Oral and written : German C2, English C1, French is an asset
  • MS Office (Excel), ERP / HRIS systems
