Trust Office Support Administrator - Zurich 100% (m/w)

Your tasks
Assisting with the daily administration of the corporate entities and maintaining good standards
Liaising with external parties in relation to the corporate and client entities
Control and oversight of automated business rules for resolution and maintenance and enhancement of system data
A centralised support function to the front office providing guidance and control to adhere to regulatory and taxation deadlines
Operating and monitoring work flows
Working closely with the group to undertake any projects involved with the trust
Your profile
Educated to Matura level with an apprenticeship or similar
Ideally a background with a focus on Banking / Fiduciary / Legal or Administration
2 years + experience as a company secretary or administrator within a trust or family office
Knowledge of tax and regulatory requirements in Switzerland
Must have an excellent affinity to IT including Microsoft Office
STEP (Society of Trust & Estate Practitioner) qualification at foundation level and above - highly advantageous
English is a MUST and ideally a sound knowledge of written and spoken German
