You will be responsible for coordinating regional and global business opportunities, product commercialization, innovation projects and marketing activities to support contribution margin and strategic share growth outlined in strategic roadmap, on a full-time employed basis.

Key Position Requirements
Analyse markets, develop, lead and implement the commercial and strategic roadmap and marketing plan
manage/select global/key account and maximize global opportunities
manage sales pipeline including new market development
close new opportunities that develop short and long term strategic share gains
work on technical support and innovation delivery
implement new product innovation strategies that generate contribution margin and strategic share growth
Collaborate with global general importers, realise innovation opportunities and best practices
Work with regional functions including purchasing, supply chain, product management, regulatory and operations on opportunities that optimize growth and market share
Manage and develop junior business/sales team
Support product portfolio management within the region in accordance with global product policies
Experienced in fields of sanitation industry and/or Marketing and/or Disinfection and/or Hospitals
Experienced in business development and marketing
Strong leadership skills with ability to influence external and internal stakeholders and get things done through others
Strong communication, ability to create presentations and communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
Ability to manage projects in a complex multi-cultural matrix environment.
Experience in managing marketing and/or technical projects internally and externally with customers.
Financial and cost analysis skills
Strong computer skills, experienced with ERP Systems
Ability to travel
Partner with the Marketing Team to build and develop the annual business strategic review (BSR).
Work cross-functionally and globally in the identification and response to competitive threats, and leads selected competitive profiling and analyses.
Support development of long term projects and portfolio assessment
Work cross-functionally in new product industries, including existing product lines and potential new product offerings
Create and execute on cross-functional plans to capitalize on new business opportunities (i.e., product launches) stage gate process of idea assessment/qualification, leading to support of project commercialization efforts.
Competitive Intelligence that will lead to a better understanding of global business opportunities and threats
Work cross-functionally with Marketing Communications to help create and execute on a viable MarComm strategy to support business growth.
