Currently, we're on the hunt for exceptional Asset Management Lawyers to join our ranks with:

  • 3+ years of experience in investment / asset management
  • Experience in the financial services environment, preferably international banks
  • Having sophisticated funds structuring and/or distribution knowledge
  • Experience in broker-dealer and/or capital markets issues is a plus
  • Swiss legal education (bar qualification preferred)

The responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Advising on a full range of issues associated with investment advisors and mutual funds, including compliance matters, investment vehicles, governance structures, etc.
  • Providing practical legal advice and support on business matters in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment and an innovative approach to legal issues in support of strategic business initiatives and objectives
