We are currently working on a global strategic business transformation program aimed at standardazing our major business processes globally. In this context, SAP is implemented on a global level. Among many other solutions, we are building up a comprehensive Service solution based on SAP CRM. To strengthen our global SAP CRM Service team we are looking for a

SAP CRM Service and/or Interaction Center Consultant

In this role you will be in charge of delivering enhancement projects and roll-outs. You are involved from the initial requirements gathering phase and will take responsibility for designs in the service area. Moreover, you will do configuration in the system and support our developers in providing the functional background for system enhancements. Finally, you will also support our testers and ensure a smooth cutover with complete handover to our application maintenance team after a successful go-live.

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Accurate translation of business requirements into system functionalities, either by specifying them as system enhancements or by doing the respective system configuration
* Designing and building the service business processes in coordination with the Process Experts
* Creation or review of functional and technical specifications for enhancements, interfaces and data migration; support our developers with the implementation of the same
* Work in in accordance with and helping to develop detailed work plans for our projects
* Taking over the solution governance on the system side and build strong relationships with the counterparts on the business side

Critical Competencies/Minimum Requirements:

* University degree in information technology or similar
* At least 5 years of professional experience with SAP CRM in general
* Experience (design, customizing) with SAP CRM service or SAP CRM interaction center
* You have conducted at least two SAP implementation projects with a full life-cycle, including design, customizing, testing, cutover and support
* Project Management experience as well as experience in a global project organization is a plus
* Excellent analytical skills and structured approach to problem solving
* You are a communicative team player with a critical, yet result-oriented and positive attitude
* You don't mind traveling to foreign countries (international, intensity depending on the project phase, overall below 30%)
* Excellent written and spoken English, German and any other language is a plus
