Business Analyst IT Portfolio Management (PFM)

In this role, you will have the chance to acquire and continuously expand both portfolio management and general Avaloq know-how, allowing you keeping abreast with latest market innovation and technology. Following a training and ramp-up period, you will be assigned with the following
Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate or lead implementation workshops with the clients
  • Analyse market tendencies and customer needs, present solution scenarios and recommend best implementation concepts
  • Design and build lean and efficient software solutions in the area of Avaloq Portfolio Management, maintaining the highest quality standards
  • Manage client relationship by communicating regularly and providing business consulting services to Avaloq Sourcing customers
  • Collaborate with the Avaloq Group to shape future PFM solutions
  • Perform minor coordination and project management tasks, as well as solution documentation and status reporting activities
Knowledge, Skills and Education:
  • Completed University Degree in Computer Sciences/Engineering/Mathematics & Physics or a similar educational background is a must criteria
  • Solid knowledge of Portfolio Management and respective banking processes is required
  • At least 3 years of relevant business experience in software or financial IT industry
  • Knowledge of Avaloq Banking System as well as programming competences in PL/SQL are considered as an important advantage
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, reinforced by a structured problem solving approach
  • Ability to autonomously get around in a highly challenging, fast paced and complex environment
  • Strong client-orientation and communication skills
  • Fluent English and either Italian (preferred), or German or French
