Strategic Account Manager (E)
Your main tasks
The aim of your role is to advise, assist and support existing strategic clients and contacts. You recognise the challenges they face and will implement this knowledge in our risk management, sales & marketing, procurement or compliance solutions. You will take responsibility for your target client portfolio and its strategic planning, coordinating all client activities as a single point of contact. This also includes the coordination of interdisciplinary project teams, the management of account plans, independent contract management and intensive networking within the companies that you oversee.
Your ideal profile
You will bring a proven selling ability and experience in dealing with complex client structures. Negotiation skills, tenacity and perseverance are your strengths. As a visionary, you are an excellent planner and can demonstrate added value to the client as a value creator.
Your professional background includes higher education in commerce/business administration, language skills (English and a second language, e.g. German or French are mandatory) and many years of successful experience in key account management. A willingness to travel is essential.
