For our client, an international pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are regularly looking for candidates.
Administrative Expert / Project Coordinator, temporary assignment
Education, Competencies, Languages & Experiences:
- General administrative support: calendar management, organization of meetings etc.
- Preparation of meeting minutes and presentations
- Travel management including visa applications and expenses
- Budget tracking and cost center control, opening of purchase orders (in SAP)
- Project / process / event related support
Are you interested?
- Commercial edcuation (KV, Handelsschule)
- 3 - 5 years of experience in administration
- Experience within global matrix organizations/pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken), other language skills are a plus
- Project / process / event management skills
