Vendor Management Coordinator

Based in Stein, we are looking for a Vendor Management Coordinator.

Responsibilities include:

The Vendor Management Coordinator is responsible to independently manage program internal tasks, such as order management, data entry and data maintenance. Further he/she supports the Vendor Management Specialist in their daily task and the first point of contact for clients reaching out to the Program Office.

Minimum Requirements:

* Associates Degree or equivalent

* Experience in business-coordinator, customer service/call center or business administration up to 2 years

* Functional PC and Internet skills to include MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and other Internet and e-procurement tools

* Fluency in spoken and written German and English

The candidate should also be able to:

  • ? High Customer focus and first  experience in handle with suppliers
  • ? Self-starter
  • ? A constructive and diplomatic communicative approach
  • ? Structured working methods
  • ? Analytical skills
