As part of the internal recruiting function, you will join a high-performing and global team of experienced talent acquisition / recruiting professionals and support the day-to-day search and hiring activities.
During the 6-12 months internship, you will have the chance to work closely with and learn from the top business experts. We will help you to identify your passion and refine your skills. Primary Tasks and Responsibilities
Support the recruiting team and proactively search for a diverse pool of top industry talents to stay ahead of company’s hiring needs.
Implement various recruiting methods for each opening (create online job ad campaigns, direct sourcing, internal referrals, social media etc.).
Administer referral program to ensure policies and practices are followed.
Mine online databases and other resources and reach out to potential new candidates.
Screen the incoming applications and create long-lists of best candidates in the recruiting pipeline.
Assist in scheduling interviews and phone screens.
Coordinate communication with candidates and team members throughout the entire recruiting process.
Collaborate with peers, business leaders, and HR to ensure that we are creating a consistent and excellent candidate experience and driving efficiencies across our global organization.
Support the optimization and improvement of the performance of recruiting activities and effectiveness through continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally with some previous work experience.
Self-starter and strong ability to prioritize, drive initiatives, and quickly learn new procedures and processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding drive, energy, and commitment to working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
Strong knowledge in social media, internet searches and MS Office.
A terrific work ethic accompanied by an ever-positive, get-it-done attitude.
Sense of humor is highly valued.
