Lean Management Coach (m/f)

Your tasks

  • Support and ensure the deployment of Autoneum Production System (APS)
  • Develop a high Lean performance culture through the continuous improvement of the skills of our employees
  • Assist with the development and implementation of plant specific training
  • Train the local employees, including Management Team and newcomers
  • Contribute to the building of a professional organization and a teamwork spirit in Autoneum
  • Manage Value Stream Mapping activities ensuring waste is identified and eliminated, track related cost savings
  • Perform APS, 5S and LPA audits
  • Promote tools for knowledge exchange and adequate deployment of training documentation
  • Promote APS communication internally and externally and support APS Functions globally
  • Assure feedback and evaluation of the training program

Your qualification

  • Expert in Lean manufacturing
  • Background in the manufacturing technology
  • Shop floor experience in Lean manufacturing
  • Experience in organizing and leading Kaizen workshops
  • Project and Process Management experience
  • Experience in implementing production systems
  • Trainer experience
  • Experience in multi-cultural surroundings and open minded
  • Team player and service oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical, pragmatic and problem solving approach
  • Fluently in German and English
  • Common IT knowledge especially in Office tools, any other knowledge is an advantage
