We are searching for a Team Assistant starting November 2016 (permanent, 100%).
The team assistant will be based at EnerSys EMEA Headquarters in Zug, Switzerland and reports to the Executive
The key duties and responsibilities include
• To coordinate travel and hotel arrangements for VP's and directors, managing their Agendas and being responsible
for the preparation of their expense reports • To plan and schedule team meetings/activities; internal/external meetings in Switzerland and/or other countries with
support of Executive Assistant • To create and handle travel approvals • To deal with calls and other correspondence • To ensure consistent administration across HQ, including constant general filing • To support in visa + passport queries • To coordinate routine stationery and office supplies, maintain office space • To work occasionally within scope of role on ad-hoc project work (e.g. event management)
Qualifications and skills
The successful candidate should be a strong team player with the ability to work under pressure and build lasting
relationships with senior consultants. Experience in the role of team assistance for multiple managers in an
international working environment is required. The team assistant further requires a great deal of flexibility, a proactive
mind-set and strong organisation skills. He or she should be a native German or English speaker and be fluent, with
excellent oral and written communication skills, in both languages. The ideal candidate should be able to interpret a
variety of instructions supplied in both written and verbal format and therefore provide clear, practical advice with a
problem solving attitude. An exceptional level of professionalism and a strong work ethic is expected as this position
will be the central point of contact for the senior management EMEA.
