For our POD (People Organizational Development) Team we are looking for a dynamic and creative Head of Global Talent Acquisition & HR Marketing. The position is based at the company's Headquarters in Basel and will report into the Head of POD. Together with two Talent Acquisition Specialists you will be responsible for developing and improving global recruitment strategies to identify, attract and hire exceptional talents.

Head of Global Talent Acquisition & HR Marketing

Steadily mentor and grow the talent acquisition team to a best-in-class
recruiting function ensuring that the highest levels of service delivery and
hiring standards are consistently met
Partner with managers and senior leadership to understand talent acquisition
needs in order to build and maintain active candidate pipelines for
hard-to-fill, high volume, or critical positions and meet Straumann Group's
requirements of a strategically fitting Work Force
Establish, in collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), regular
strategic staffing sessions to determine priority pipeline positions and ensure
Line Managers understand and are involved in the Straumann recruitment process
Develop, communicate and improve Straumann's Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
Create and coordinate content for Straumann's social media channels and
continuously optimize presence on the relevant social media platforms
Develop, implement and continuously improve a Sourcing Social Media Strategy
Build talent intelligence capability - market mapping, succession planning and
role profiling in collaboration with HRBPs and Talent Management
Lead the recruitment for Lead Team roles at a regional & country level
Responsible for the Global Graduate Programme at Straumann
Provide functional expertise and be Business Process Owner of the Straumann
E-recruiting system to both Headquater (HQ) and countries
Support and collaborate with other team members within POD to create innovation
solutions Bachelor or Master degree preferably in Psychology or in a related field of
study and related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and
7 to 10 years' talent acquisition experience on a local, regional as well as
corporate level
Excellent communication and project management skills
Track record in building excellent working relationships with main stakeholders
Business acumen, dynamic, creative and flexible
Fluency in German and English It takes the commitment of bright and resourceful people to further advance our
