ASW seeks an Online Marketing Manager (m/f), located in Zurich, to plan and execute acquisiton campaigns across all digital channels along the customer’s journey
ONLINE MARKETING MANAGER
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Build analytical frameworks and perfomance KPIs
Set up paid campaigns on Social, Search and Display Channels
Optimise campaigns based on CTR, CPL and CAC
Create landing pages of high quality scores and conversion rate
Run A/B tests and offer a stunning user experience
Develop a high quality SEO strategy including extensive keyword research, onsite optimisation as well as blogger and influencer relations
Make use of channel attribution models in order to asses performance based on the contribtion to campaign goals
Evaluate new and upcoming marketing channels underlying potential target group reach and performance
Run campaigns cross channel and improve campaign success not just on last click
Implement a premium, non-annoying retargeting strategy
Bachelor Degree in related field
At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position preferable in ecommerce industry or in a digitally-specialised agency
Deep understanding and hands-on knowledge of SEA
At least 2 years of work experience in Facebook Advertising with an advanced set-up and a minimum six digits spending budget
Very good capabilities in using Excel as a reporting and presentation tool (knowledge in BI and campaign management tools is a big plus)
Feel comfortable in an agile and a globally distributed, growing, entrepreneurial and developing environment
Sound project management and technical skills
High professionalism, and good verbal, written, listening and speaking skills in English
Experience and interest working in the luxury industry or a high-end subscription based business model (preferable)
Ability to work effectively and independently in a pro-active manner
Positive attitude, good team player, and high work ethic
