ASW seeks a Senior Customer Realtionship Manager (m/f), located in the heart of Zurich, to own our email channel and foster our biggest asset: the members.
SENIOR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Implement a new CRM system
Screen market solutions, come up with recommendations and requirements
Lead implementation project
Own the campaign process for sending dedicated, targeted and highly relevant email campaigns
Work closely with other departments to ensure the performance of email campaigns and commercial success
Plan and execute the email campaign calendar by aligning with the events calendar and other stakeholders
Set up email campaigns by segmenting target groups, implementing HTML-templates and coordinate with QA
Setting up marketing automation programs in order to increase Customer Lifetime Value or converting potential members
Align with product, IT and brand teams to ensure a consistent user experience based on high quality and relevant data
Monitor deliverability and develop tactics in order to make it to the top of the user’s inbox
Improve CRM KPIs in terms of retention and reactivation
Set up A/B test for all relevant performance metrics
Bachelor Degree in related field
At least 5 years of work experience in a similar position
Feel comfortable in an agile and a globally distributed developing environment
Sound project management and technical skills
Experience in at least two advanced email service provider
High professionalism, and good verbal, written, listening and speaking skills in English
Experience and interest working in the luxury industry or a high-end subscription based business model (preferable)
Ability to work effectively and independently in a pro-active manner
Willingness to operate in an entrepreneurial environment
Positive attitude, good team player, and high work ethic
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and XML is a big plus
