Job Description As Atlona International’s Sales Admin you will be in charge of various sales-administration and office management tasks:
Sales related tasks Order desk – receive and process purchase orders from our partners Order coordination – coordinate the fulfillment of the order with our logistics provider Ongoing communication with our partners in the context of
order fulfillment Take inquiry calls related to orders Population of the sales pipeline Provide basic reporting to partners and sales managers Closely interact with our sales managers to best optimize
delivery to partners Coordinate RMA shipments Closely work with the HQ logistics team
Office management related tasks: Processing of payments Interface with HQ accounting department and Swiss
accountant Ordering ongoing office supply Assist with travel arrangements Assist General Manager in various tasks Assist marketing with database management Events coordination
