As of now or upon agreement we are looking for our Sales department in Regensdorf
for a talented
Inside Sales Agent / Multi Channel, 50-80% (French / Italian) Your mission will be to contact by phone existing and potential new customers in Ticino
and the French speaking part of Switzerland in order to exploit existing customer potential and control necessary sales activities.
Main tasks: - Review and validate business requests received from new and existing DHL customers via Web, Customer Service or other lead sources - Support, consulting and development of customers within the assigned portfolio - Regain of lost or inactive customers - Outbound calls to qualify and re-profiling new customers - Close collaboration with other Sales channels providing new business potential - Continuous maintenance of data base - Daily use of the Internet and DHL Management tools, identifying international shipping needs, advising clients about key DHL products & services
Requirements: - French and Italian (fluent spoken) - Good command of English (verbally and in writing) - Interest and understanding of the logistic & transportation business - Distinctive customer focus and understanding of customer’s needs - Excellent communication skills - Excellent planning, organization and problem-solving skills - Sales & Acquisition or Call Center experience (outbound) is an advantage - Experience in the service sector is an advantage - Sound knowledge of MS-Office (MS Excel) - Team player, flexible and able to work under pressure Are you interested in a position in a dynamic and international environment and to work for a company which offers a wide range of career opportunities at different levels all over the world?
